Job Summary:

We are actively seeking Linguistic Customer Service Executives for our Baner location. This role involves handling inbound calls in a customer support capacity. We require candidates fluent in Bengali, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, or Odia to assist customers effectively in their native language.

Language Vacancies:

Bengali: 2 positions

Tamil: 2 positions

Malayalam: 2 positions

Telugu: 1 position

Odia: 2 positions

Education: Minimum qualification of 12th pass.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in one or more of the following languages – Bengali, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, or Odia.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: ₹19,349 CTC (₹14,754 in-hand)

Leave Policy: 24 paid leaves annually

Weekly Off: Sundays are fixed weekly off

Shift Timings:

Female Employees: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Male Employees: 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm
