Job Title: Telecalling Executive

• Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, explaining products/services, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting sales or service processes.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads or sales

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner

Explain product or service offerings clearly and persuasively.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Coordinate with the sales or support team when necessary.

Provide feedback on customer trends, concerns, and improvements.

Skills & Qualification

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, data entry).

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Fluency in English and/or local languages as required.

Work Environment
