Job Description

Customer Care Executive Job Description:

 

1. Female candidate preferred

2. She must be fluent in English, Marathi and Hindi languages.

3. Must have knowledge of Computer, MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), fair knowledge of Website.

4. Must be able to do email drafting.

5. Experienced candidates only can apply.

6. Talking with the clients.

7. Supporting the customer through an email ticketing system and phone calls.

8. Resolving customer complaints and queries.
