Customer Care Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls related to computer services, including repairs, installations, and technical support. The role involves coordinating service requests, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote computer, laptop, printer, and CCTV services
• Handle inbound customer calls and service inquiries professionally
• Register service requests and schedule technician visits
• Follow up with customers regarding service status, feedback, and payments
• Maintain accurate customer records and call logs
• Explain service offerings, pricing (as guided), and warranty details
• Coordinate between customers and technical teams for smooth service delivery
• Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduate preferred)
• Prior experience as a telecaller or customer support executive (preferred)
• Good communication skills in English and local language(s)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, or call logging systems)
• Polite, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach
• Ability to handle customer objections and resolve basic queries

Experience:

• 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills may apply)
