Job Description
- Oversee and ensure smooth, productive, and efficient daily operations of the Customer Care Department.
- Plan, monitor, and achieve after-sales service and revenue targets through effective strategies and budgeting.
- Develop customer service improvement plans and ensure quick resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and OEMs to support business growth.
- Ensure timely execution of installations, repairs, and AMC/CMC services as per contracts.
- Drive business development through lead generation, AMC renewals, and upgradation of existing equipment.
- Allocate targets to team members and ensure achievement through guidance, motivation, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and adherence to company policies within the department.
- Manage departmental resources effectively, including manpower, materials, infrastructure, and finances.
- Review and approve quotations, tenders, and technical/commercial project evaluations.
- Supervise documentation, correspondence, and data management to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
- Monitor technician claims, leave schedules, and ensure uninterrupted department functioning.
- Track machinery performance, analyze recurring issues, and implement corrective measures.
- Organize regular training to enhance technical, computer, and soft skills of technicians.
- Prepare and present periodic departmental performance reports and handle any additional tasks as required.
