Qualifications Required: 12th pass or Any Field Graduate

Salary: Fresher: 10000 - 15000 per month depends on interview & Experienced: Upto 30000 per month (Experience must be in same field)           

◾ Key Responsibilities:

* Sourcing and recruiting candidates for various roles

* Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews

* Coordinating with department heads for staffing needs

* Maintaining candidate database and recruitment reports

* Ensuring smooth onboarding processes for new hires

◾ Required Skills:

* Good communication skills

* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

* Basic understanding of recruitment processes

* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
