Job Description

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact, building trust and maintaining regular communication to update clients on project progress and resolve concerns proactively.
  • Sales & Lead Conversion: Assist business development teams by presenting design concepts, material samples, and 3D renders to convert potential inquiries into confirmed orders.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams—including architects, 3D visualizers, and execution teams—to track designs, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project milestones.
  • CRM Systems Management: Maintain and update client data, meeting notes, and payment milestones in software
  • Strategy Development: Create and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Content Creation: Plan, produce, and schedule daily, high-quality, and engaging content for various platforms.
  • Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online brand reputation.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and sales teams to align, promote, and support brand initiatives.
