Relationship Executive Job DescriptionThe role of a Relationship Executive at SBI involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing customer relationships and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Providing exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
• Promoting the bank's products and services to existing and potential customers, while maintaining strong relationships.
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to develop plans, strategies, and initiatives that optimize the value of customer relationships.
• Documenting and maintaining records of all interactions with clients, sales, contracts, and useful client information for future reference.
• Making regular reports on the status of accounts and transactions, and keeping updated about the latest industry trends and developments.The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of banking products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers. They should also possess a customer service attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.
