Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and provide product/service information.
• Regularly follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service provided.
• Maintain and update customer records using CRM software.
• Work closely with other teams (sales, marketing, support) to improve the customer experience.
• Identify potential sales leads and upsell/cross-sell where appropriate.
