Job Description:

1. Sales Target

- Achieving sales targets

- Order booking and co-ordinating with commercial for execution

2. Customer Satisfaction

- Understanding customer requirements and conveying relevant feedback to the Company

- Creating and maintaining ambience in the stores to improve customer experience

3. Showroom Administration

- Assisting the store manager in statutory compliance management

- Coordinating with product supply and service teams

- Understanding of Infor system to be used for order booking
