🔧 Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding solar solutions
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and existing customer accounts
Maintain and update CRM database
Address customer queries, feedback & complaints
Work closely with sales and service teams to track and support customer needs
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Freshers Applicable
experience in CRM, telecalling, or telemarketing
Excellent communication skills (Marathi, Hindi & English)
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word)
Strong organizational and customer service skills
