Customer Relationship Manager

Job Requirement: CRM Executive (Female)We are looking for a Female CRM Executive to handle customer coordination, internal follow-ups with the operations team, and payment follow-ups.

• Key Responsibilities Coordinate closely with the operations & production team regarding order status, dispatch, and timelines
• Regularly update customers on order progress, dispatch details, and delivery schedules
• Handle payment follow-ups with customers over phone and WhatsApp in a polite and professional manner
• Maintain records of customer communication, pending payments, and commitments
• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues to management when required
• Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams
• Required Skills & Qualifications Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is an added advantage)
• Confident in calling customers for payment follow-ups
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking orders and payments
• Organized, responsible, and follow-up oriented
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments
• Experience1–3 years experience in CRM / Customer Coordination / Accounts Follow-up preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, trading, or B2B environment will be an advantage
• Work Location Office-based role
