#### Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. The CRM will play a crucial role in managing lead conversations, converting leads into clients, and overseeing project management to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

#### Key Responsibilities

- **Lead Management:**

 - Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and social media to understand their needs and present our services.

 - Follow up with leads in a timely manner to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates.

 - Maintain a detailed database of leads, their status, and next steps using our CRM system.

- **Client Relationship:**

 - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients from initial contact through to the completion of the project.

 - Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries and concerns promptly.

 - Ensure clients are informed about all aspects of their project, from booking to final delivery.

- **Project Management:**

 - Coordinate with the photography and videography teams to schedule shoots and manage timelines.

 - Ensure all client requirements are communicated clearly to the team and are met with precision.

 - Oversee the post-production process to ensure timely delivery of photos and wedding films.

- **Sales and Incentives:**

 - Achieve and exceed monthly conversion targets for leads.

 - Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates.

 - Incentives will be provided based on the number of leads successfully converted into clients.

#### Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer relationship management or sales, preferably in the wedding or event industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and project management abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A proactive and customer-centric approach to work.
