Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively call and engage with leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
2. Understand learners' goals and career aspirations to recommend the most suitable courses.
3. Clearly explain program offerings such as AI, data science, and analytics, including features and benefits.
4. Ensure timely follow-ups and accurately update all lead interactions in the CRM system.
5. Work towards achieving monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled learners.
