Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Respond to customer queries promptly via phone, email, or in-person.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and processes.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to better serve clients.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and share insights with relevant departments.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is maintained.
- Support customer onboarding and retention initiatives.
- Update CRM systems with client information, notes, and updates.
- Meet or exceed service targets and KPIs set by the department.
- Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
