Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) – Voice Process

 Job RoleWe are hiring Customer Relationship Officers for a Telesales (Voice) process to promote Banking and Insurance products to our BFSI partners’ customers.

• 💼 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers and explain BFSI products.
• Generate interest and convert leads into sales.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain call quality and provide excellent service.
• Handle customer queries and escalations professionally.
• Work closely with internal teams for smooth operations.
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
• 🧠 Skills RequiredGood communication in Hindi / Marathi (regional languages added advantage).
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Listening skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge & typing speed.
• Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated.
• 🕒 Working HoursDay shift
• 6 days working (1 week off)
