Job Description

  • Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to service appointments, follow-ups, and customer queries.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team/workshop.
  • Make reminder calls for periodic services, running repairs, and follow-up on due vehicles.
  • Conduct post-service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
  • Update and maintain customer data, service records, and call logs in CRM/DMS.
  • Share feedback and service quality reports with the Service Manager.
  • Promote service campaigns, AMC, extended warranty, and other value-added services.
  • Ensure compliance with OEM and company processes related to customer handling.
