Job Summary

We are actively seeking Linguistic Customer Service Executives for our Baner location. This role involves handling inbound customer support calls, ensuring clear communication and effective resolution. Candidates fluent in Marathi, Hindi, or Kannada will assist customers in their native language, providing a personalized and supportive experience.

Education

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (with experience)
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

Language Proficiency

• Fluency in one or more of the following languages:
• Marathi
• Hindi
• Kannada

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹14k to 18k + Incentives
• Annual leaves plus public holidays
• Weekly off: Rotational

Shift Timings

• Female Employees: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Male Employees: 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Key Responsibilities
