Job Description
Warmly greet and assist customers with product selection, styling advice, queries, complaints, and returns.
Proactively upsell and cross-sell to meet individual and store-level sales goals.
Process POS transactions accurately — billing, refunds, exchanges.
Maintain product displays, ensure merchandise is tagged and replenished, and keep store standards—cleanliness and visual appeal.
Support stock management activities including receiving inventory and organizing shelves.
