📌 Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Inbound Process)

Job Summary

We are actively seeking Linguistic Customer Service Executives for our Baner location. This role involves handling inbound customer support calls, ensuring clear communication and effective resolution. Candidates fluent in Bengali, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, or Odia will assist customers in their native language, providing a personalized and supportive experience.

Education

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (with experience)
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

Language Proficiency

  • Fluency in one or more of the following languages:
  • Bengali
  • Tamil
  • Malayalam
  • Telugu
  • Odia

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹19,790 CTC (₹15,100 in-hand)
  • Annual leaves plus public holidays
  • Weekly off: Rotational

Shift Timings

  • Female Employees: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Male Employees: 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve queries in the customer’s preferred language.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
