Position: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
Process: International Voice (UK / Canadian / AUS)
💼 Key Highlights:
Salary: Up to ₹5.5 LPA (based on experience)
Work Location: Pune (Yerwada)
Shifts: Rotational (as per process requirement)
UK process: 12:30 Am to 2:30 Am (Any 9.5 hrs shift)
Canadian Process: 6:00 PM 11:30 AM (Any 9.5 hrs shift)
Australian Process: 2:30 AM 04:30 PM (Any 9.5 hrs shift)
Weekly Offs: 2 rotational offs
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass) / Graduate
Experience: Minimum 6 month or 1 year in international voice process (mandatory)
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in English
Customer handling ability with problem-solving approach
Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts and offs
