Customer Service Executive

Job Description: Customer Service Agents- Domestic Voice/Non-voice Process  

Location - Pune , Viman Nagar

Must be comfortable with 2 rotational weekly offs 

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Education: 

o Minimum 6 months of experience with Domestic voice/Non voice process

• Age: 18 to 45 years 

• Communication: Must have excellent spoken English skills 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for customers 

Should have experience with voice/ Nonvoice process.

• Provide accurate information and support related to products or services 

• Resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction 

• Maintain call quality standards and follow company protocols 

• Update customer records accurately in the system 

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues if required 

• Adhere to shift schedules and maintain regular attendance
