Job Description

The role is suited for candidates with customer service experience, preferably in telecom or technical services. The candidate will handle end-to-end service activation/assurance, customer requests, order management, billing-related support, and coordination with internal teams while maintaining service quality and compliance.



Eligibility

Greater than 6 months experience in relevant customer service industry

Preferred domain: Telecom / Technical Services

Graduate or undergraduate in a relevant customer service field preferred

Strong English communication with neutral accent

Advanced Windows/computer proficiency and accurate data-entry skills

Flexible for 24x7 environment, primarily aligned to Australian business hours


Key Responsibilities

Handle customer service interactions with strong written and oral communication

Support end-to-end activation or assurance of service

Complete all work tasks within process scope and assigned queues

Update and maintain customer interaction records, transactions, comments, and complaints

Work with internal and external teams to resolve issues quickly

Communicate with business units to obtain required information for customer orders

Ensure compliance adherence and timely milestone completion

Escalate dependencies to relevant teams when needed

Process customer requests including orders, provisioning, post-activations, assurance, and billing

Book appointments for customers

Dispatch equipment to customers

Maintain customer privacy and protect customer data

Meet prescribed customer service standards and performance objectives
