Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

· Customer Interaction: Greet customers, address inquiries, handle complaints, and provide information on Demat services and policies.

· Delivering Services: Assist with account management (opening, closing, updates) and ensure timely, accurate service.

· Teamwork: Collaborate with team members and communicate customer needs or issues to the appropriate departments.
