Overview of the Company:

Our team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and support to our B2C clients. We are currently seeking individuals with strong communication skills for our night shift from 7.30 pm to 4.30 am.
Interact with B2C customers via phone, email, and live chat to provide information and assistance
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Flexibility to work night shifts

- 5 days working ( sat sun ) fix off
