Customer Service Representative – Job Responsibilities

1) Handle inbound customer calls and address queries in a timely and professional manner

2) Resolve customer complaints through effective communication and problem analysis, providing appropriate solutions

3) Reduce product returns by guiding customers toward suitable part replacements

4) Follow up on abandoned carts from the Studio Kook website to assist customers and improve conversion

5) Respond to and manage customer enquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls

6) Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls to collect customer feedback on completed orders

7) Provide clear installation guidance and product-related information to customers

8) Coordinate with installation partners to ensure installations are completed within defined timelines

9) Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing calls using Google Sheets

10) Track and manage data related to part replacements and product returns in Google Sheets
