Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)


Experience: 1–6 years


Working Hours: rotational shift


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and a strong desire to help customers succeed with our products and services.

  • Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and support requests.
  • Understand customer needs and help them effectively use our products/services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Track customer feedback and share insights with the product and sales teams.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, client handling, or a similar role.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) are a must.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
