Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
Experience: 1–6 years
Working Hours: rotational shift
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and a strong desire to help customers succeed with our products and services.
- Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and support requests.
- Understand customer needs and help them effectively use our products/services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Track customer feedback and share insights with the product and sales teams.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, client handling, or a similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) are a must.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
