Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Success team. As a Customer Success Associate / Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable insurance products including Health, Motor, and Life Insurance.

This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced professionals who are passionate about customer engagement and sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to interested leads and explain suitable insurance products
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns professionally
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Update and maintain accurate customer interaction records in internal systems
• Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure conversion and customer retention
• Stay updated with insurance products, features, and market trends
• Eligibility Criteria Education Graduate in any discipline
• Experience Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
• Prior experience in insurance or telesales is an added advantage
• Language Requirements Fluent in English and Hindi
• Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be free from MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) and RTI (Regional Tone Influence)
• Strong grammar and pronunciation skills are mandatory
