Position Overview

We are hiring Customer Success Associates for a Domestic Insurance Outbound Process. The role involves contacting interested leads, understanding customer requirements, and advising suitable insurance products while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Contact and engage with pre-generated/inbound leads via outbound calls
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products
• Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage clearly
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Graduate from any discipline

Experience:

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Experience in insurance sales or customer handling

Skill Set Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• No MTI or RTI
• Clear pronunciation and strong grammar
• Good persuasion and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge

Shift Details

• Rotational shifts
• Females: Day shifts until 8:00 PM
• Males: Rotational day shifts
• Working Days: 6 days a week
