EcomConnect is a fast-growing e-commerce company looking for dedicated individuals to join our client success team in Pune.
Role Overview: As a Client Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries via phone and ensuring a positive experience. Your core responsibility is to troubleshoot issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound customer calls effectively.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems related to orders, shipping, payments, and product inquiries.
Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
Communicate clearly and concisely with clients in both English and Hindi.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English are mandatory.
Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pune, Maharashtra.
Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a patient approach, and problem-solving abilities.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer literacy.
