Position: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
Process: International Voice (Canadian/AUS)
š¼ Key Highlights:
Salary: Up to ā¹4.8 LPA (based on experience)
Work Location: Pune (Yerwada)
Shifts: Rotational (as per process requirement)
Australian process: 2:30AM to 6:00PM (Any 9.5 hrs shift)
Canadian Process: 6:00 PM 11:30 AM (Any 9.5 hrs shift)
Weekly Offs: 2 rotational offs
ā Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass) / Graduate
Experience: Minimum 6 month or 1 year in international voice process (mandatory)
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in English
Customer handling ability with problem-solving approach
Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts and offs
