Job Description

candidate for Customer support coordination on call for PAN India CCTV/IT projects. Arrange support team at locations with searching appropriate vendors for technical resolution of CCTV and IT infra. Close the tickets and coordinate with client with reports and email. after closing ticket raised bills and follow-up payments. Other back office work like office & sales communications, quotations, daily reports, deployment of team at sites , take reports for further process of billing and completion reports. Daily report taking form CCTV project sites and communicate over mail to leaders. Project management and involve in design and execution process.
