Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their banking-related issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns in a professional manner.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Meet performance targets set by the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in BPO or similar industry.
- Excellent English verbal and written skills for effective communication with customers.
- Proficiency in Banking Voice process, Customer Service Operations, Email & Chat Support.
Education : Graduation
Shifts : 24*7 , 5 Days working, 2 Rotational offs
Salary : up to 30k,Depends on communication skills.
