Job Description
About us:
Art Therapy is a Made-in-India D2C brand. We make therapeutic
painting kits — paint-by-numbers and DIY kits that help
people relax and create. We sell on our website, Amazon,
Flipkart, Blinkit, and Instagram.
About the job:
You will help our customers AND help us understand what they
want. Half of the work is replying to customers. The other
half is collecting customer feedback that helps us decide
what to make next.
Your daily work:
- Reply to customer messages on WhatsApp, Instagram, Email,
- Help customers with orders, returns, refunds, and
replacements
- Call 30 to 50 customers daily to take feedback after
delivery
- Note customer problems and patterns in a Google Sheet
- Share short daily and weekly reports with the founder
Who can apply:
- Freshers welcome — no experience needed
- Must speak good English (Hindi is a plus)
- Must be patient, calm, and polite on calls
- Comfortable with Google Sheets / basic Excel
- Must be able to come to our Warje office (no work from
home)
Job details:
- Days: Monday to Saturday
- Time slot: 10-6
- Location: Warje, Pune (work from office only)
