1. Telecaller


Role Overview:

The Telecaller is responsible for handling customer inquiries, making outbound calls to potential visitors, and assisting with ticket bookings or event queries. Their role is essential in providing excellent customer service and increasing footfall through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote the water park's services, events, and offers.
  • Handle inbound calls, answer customer inquiries, and resolve any issues related to bookings or services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and customer queries to ensure conversion into visits or bookings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute telephonic campaigns.
  • Provide accurate information about park timings, ticket prices, events, and facilities.

2.Guest Relations Executive (GRE)


GRE acts as the face of the water park, ensuring visitors have a memorable and enjoyable experience. They handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and coordinate with other departments to provide seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests at the entrance and assist them with ticketing, bookings, or queries.

• Provide information about attractions, safety guidelines, and ongoing promotions.

• Address guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary.

• Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest needs (e.g., food and beverage, security, or housekeeping).

• Assist in organizing events and special activities within the park.

• Gather feedback from visitors to improve park services and guest satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to remain calm and approachable in high-pressure situations.

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role.

• Knowledge of water park safety regulations and facilities is an advantage.
