Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to assist users of our stock trading and investment platform. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic knowledge of stock markets, and the ability to resolve customer queries quickly and professionally.

• Key Responsibilities:Provide real-time chat support to users regarding app usage, trading features, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, and order execution.
• Assist customers in understanding trading terminology such as buy/sell orders, limits, stop-loss, holdings, charts, portfolio, and watchlists.
• Resolve user issues related to login, account setup, verification, and payment gateway failures.
• Guide users on platform navigation, features, reports, statements, and app functionalities.
• Investigate user complaints and escalate technical issues to the development team when needed.
• Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and follow standard support procedures.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by giving timely, accurate, and polite responses.
• Stay updated about stock market basics, trading rules, and app updates.
• Requirements:Good written English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of stock trading, Demat accounts, UPI/Bank payments, and market terminology.
• Ability to multitask across chat tools, CRM, and internal dashboards.
• Calm, patient, and professional behavior with users.
• Freshers welcome; training will be provided.
