• Manage and maintain company databases, records, and documentation.
• Handle data entry and processing with accuracy.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as HR, finance, and sales for smooth workflow.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
• Handle email correspondence and respond to internal/external inquiries.
• Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
• Support front-office teams in administrative tasks when required.
