Job Description
Profile – Customer support Executive
Qualification required – Graduates from Pharmacy background only
Required good communication and interaction skills
· Roles - Responsible for working with insurance process and medical billing staff to manage the Claim/reimbursement process
· Should be aware about lab test, OPD, Dental, Pharmacy and also must be able to read the doctor prescription
· Monitors continued eligibility status and documents drug shipments received in computerized tracking system
· Should be aware about Illness/ Injury/ Diseases and medicine prescribed by doctors
· Should be able to read the medical report and Symbols
· Handling customers quires on calls
(Freshers experienced both are welcome)
