💼 Process / Position:

International Voice – Customer Support

(UK / NZ / US / Travel Processes)

✨ Key Work Details:

✅ Work From Office

✅ 5 Days Working (Some processes: 6 Days)

✅ Rotational Shifts / Night (Graveyard)

✅ Rotational Week-offs

🚕 Cab Facility Available (Both / One side – process dependent)

💰 Salary Range:

• Fresher: ₹17K – ₹4 LPA

• Experience: Up to ₹36K per month / ₹5 LPA

• Incentives, Attendance Bonus & Loyalty Bonus (process-wise)

🎓 Eligibility:

• Any Graduate (Freshers eligible for select processes)

• 12th Pass with 6+ months International BPO Voice Experience

• Minimum 6 months International Voice mandatory for most roles

• Excellent English Communication (C1 preferred)

• No Domestic / No Hindi Process

🗣 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound international customer calls

• Resolve booking, travel, tech & service-related queries

• Ensure customer satisfaction & quality standards

📋 Interview Process:

• Operations Round

• Voice / Written / Versant Test (Min 60 – process dependent)
