Be the first point of contact for customers across our platforms – resolving queries, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting order-related issues.

Requirements

✅ Excellent communication (English & Hindi; Marathi is a plus)

✅ Problem-solving mindset & customer-first attitude

✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tool

Responsibilities

* Handle customer queries via calls, email & chat

* Manage returns, complaints & escalations

* Provide basic product/platform support

* Ensure customer satisfaction & accurate documentation
