Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Customer Support Executive to manage day-to-day interactions with both fitness professionals and customers on the Tendon platform. This role is critical in ensuring smooth onboarding of trainers, understanding customer fitness requirements, and matching them with the right certified professionals. You will act as the first point of contact for trainers and clients, representing the brand with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

  • Trainer Support & Onboarding
  • Speak with fitness professionals to explain Tendon’s platform, benefits, and onboarding process
  • Verify basic trainer details and assist with profile setup and onboarding steps
  • Answer trainer queries related to leads, pricing, locations, and platform workflows
  • Coordinate trainer participation in demos, trials, or onboarding webinars
  • Customer Support & Requirement Gathering
  • Speak with customers to understand their fitness goals, preferences, location, and schedule
  • Clearly explain how Tendon works and set expectations around demos, pricing, and timelines
  • Shortlist and share relevant trainer profiles based on customer requirements
  • Coordinate free demo sessions between customers and trainers
  • Platform Coordination
  • Maintain accurate records of customer requirements and trainer availability
  • Follow up with customers and trainers to ensure smooth conversion from enquiry to active sessions
  • Escalate issues or feedback to the internal team for resolution or improvement
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Management, or Communications preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support, customer success, operations, or inside sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with trainers, customers, and internal teams
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Interest in fitness, wellness, or sports is a strong plus
