Job Description
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Representative for an Ecommerce Firm.
Your role will include calling/ chatting with customers to confirm orders, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction, and handling customer support requests with professionalism and care. Prior knowledge in jewellery and eCommerce is helpful, in understanding shipping, chat support, CRM dashboards etc.
Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service are a must.
