Age Limit: Up to 44 years
Job Description: We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process catering to US customers. This is a voice-based BPO role involving both inbound and outbound customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries through international voice calls (US process).
- Provide effective and timely resolutions to customer issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update internal systems/CRM.
- Meet performance metrics such as AHT, call quality, and resolution targets.
- Communicate fluently in English with professionalism and clarity.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 1+ year of experience in an international voice process (BPO) is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US timezone).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Salary Details:0–6 months International Voice Experience:
- Up to ₹3.5 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹26,650/month) + Incentives
- 12–18 months International Voice Experience:
- Up to ₹5 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹33,650/month) + Incentives
- Above 18 months International Voice Experience:
- Up to ₹5.5 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹37,400/month) + Incentives
