Customer Support Executive (International BPO)

Hi Candidates,

We are currently hiring Customer Support Executive for International Voice Process and Chat Process for our organization. It’s a full-time opportunity, 5 days a week working and 100% onsite (Phase 3 Hinjewadi and Yerawada).

Job Title -- Inbound Customer Support Executive (International Voice and Chat)

Location -- Phase 3 Hinjewadi and Yerawada Pune

Salary -- Up to 5.5 LPA + Benefits

Skill:

For Voice Process -- We need Minimum 6 Months International Voice Process Experience with Excellent English Communication Skill.

For Chat Process -- We need Minimum 6 Months International Chat Process Experience with Excellent English Communication Skill.

Requirements:

·    6+ months of experience in an International BPO is mandatory.

·    Handling basic customer queries related to telecom bills and providing customer resolution.

·    Strong communication, interpersonal, and comprehension skills.

. Active Listener and Resolve the Customer Query over phone.

·    Providing support to international customers

·    Willingness to work in US shifts (Night Shift).

Its 5 Days working and company will provide both side cabs, Meals & PF
