Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)

Hi Candidates,

We are currently hiring Customer Support Executive for International Voice Process for our organization. It’s a full-time opportunity, 5 days a week working and 100% onsite (Yerawada).

Job Title -- Inbound Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)

Location -- Yerawada Pune

Salary -- Up to 5.0 LPA + PF +ESI

Skill:

For Voice Process -- We need Minimum 6 Months International Voice Process Experience with Excellent English Communication Skill.

Requirements:

·    6+ months of experience in an International BPO in Voice Process is mandatory.

·    Handling basic customer queries and providing customer resolution

·    Strong communication, interpersonal, and comprehension skills.

. Active Listener and Resolve the Customer Query over phone.

·    Providing support to international customers.

Resolving issues and addressing customer inquiries to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience.

·    Willingness to work in US shifts in Night Shift.

Its 5 Days working and company will provide both side cabs, Meals, PF and other benefits.
