Job Profile: Voice Process Inbound & Outbound
Openings: 100
Location: Pune
• Need HSC/Graduates with good communication skills
• Age limit: 18 – 35
• Need to handle inbound or Outbound calls.
• Need to handle queries of customer and provide information.
• FOR INBOUND: Good spoken and written language skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
FOR OUTBOUND: Good communication skills in Hindi & Marathi
• Well-groomed personality with positive attitude.
Shifts: FOR INBOUND: Female: 9 hours – between 6 AM- 9 PM, Male-24*7
FOR OUTBOUND: Shifts between 9 AM to 8 PM
CTC : 18000 to 23290 + Incentives/OT
