We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help the organization make better business decisions. Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and knowledge of data tools are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources

Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and insights

Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business teams

Work with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools for analysis

Interpret data results and present findings in a clear format

Support business teams with data-driven insights and reporting

Maintain data accuracy and ensure data integrity

Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Collaborate with different departments to understand data requirements

Identify opportunities to improve processes using data analysis

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, and Data Analysis concepts

Understanding of data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau – preferred)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and presentation skills

Ability to work with large datasets and attention to detail

Basic understanding of statistics is an advantage
