We are looking for a skilled data cleansing specialist to join our
machine learning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for
ensuring that our machine learning models are trained on clean, 
accurate, and unbiased data. The candidate should have experience in
data cleansing, data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine
learning concepts.

Responsibilities of the Candidate includes:-
> Identify and remove duplicates from data sets to avoid bias in machine
> learning algorithms
> Handle missing or incomplete data by imputing missing values, removing
   incomplete entries, or using statistical methods to fill in missing data.
> Standardize data by converting data from one unit of measurement to
> another or ensuring that all data is in the same data type.
> Check for outliers and handle them appropriately to ensure accurate
> model training
> Work closely with data scientists and data engineers to ensure that
> data is prepared appropriately for machine learning model training.
> Continuously monitor the quality of data and improve data cleansing
> processes to ensure that the data remains accurate and up-to-date.
> Develop and maintain data cleansing scripts and tools to automate the
> data cleansing process.
> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business
> Requirements and data cleansing needs
> Document data cleansing processes and maintain proper data governance.

Requirements:-
> Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
> 2+ years of experience in data cleansing, data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning       concepts
>Strong proficiency in Python or R programming languages and experience
   with data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, numpy)
> Familiarity with machine learning concepts and algorithms (e.g. regression, clustering, classification)
> Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex data sets
> Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
> Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus
> Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
> Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
> Familiarity with data governance and data management best practices is a plus.
