Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Assist in preparing presentations and analytical materials for internal stakeholders.
• Support process automation and improvement of recurring data reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfill data requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and proper documentation of all data-related activities.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and charts).
• Basic understanding of SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, etc.).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Fundamental knowledge of statistics and analytical concepts.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to present data findings clearly and professionally.
