Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable business insights.
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and KPIs.
- Conduct trend, performance, and root-cause analysis to support decision-making.
- Automate recurring reports and ensure consistent data quality.
- Document data models, dashboards, and analytical processes.
Key Skills
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Clear communication and ability to present insights effectively.
